Mr.Kalam - A Dreamer, A Believer and A Doer.

Dr. Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam born on 15th October 1931 at Rameswaram, in Tamil Nadu, specialized in Aero Engineering from Madras Institute of Technology.

Before his term as India's president, he worked as an aeronautical engineer with DRDO and ISRO. He is popularly known as the Missile Man of India for his work on development of ballistic missile and space rocket technology.

Kalam played a pivotal organisational, technical and political role in India's Pokhran-II nuclear test in 1998, the
first since the original nuclear test by India in 1974.
APJ Abdul Kalam views on certain issues have been espoused by him in his book India 2020 where he strongly advocates an action plan to develop India into a knowledge superpower and into a developed nation by the year 2020.

He is being recognised for making state-of-the-art healthcare available to the common man at affordable prices, bringing quality medical care to rural areas by establishing a link between doctors and technocrats, using spin-offs of defence technology to create state-of-the-art medical equipment and launching tele-medicine projects connecting remote rural-based hospitals to the super-specialty hospital.

On 27 July 2015, Kalam travelled to Shillong to deliver a lecture. While climbing a flight of stairs, he experienced some discomfort, but was able to enter the auditorium after a brief rest. After only five minutes into his lecture, he collapsed. He was rushed to the nearby Bethany Hospital in a critical condition; upon arrival, he lacked a pulse or any other signs of life. Mr.Kalam was confirmed dead of a sudden cardiac arrest. His last words, to his aide Srijan Pal Singh were reportedly: "Funny guy! Are you doing well?

India reacted to Kalam's death with an outpouring of grief; numerous tributes were paid to the former President across the nation and on social media.

A pre eminent scientist, a gifted engineer, and a true visionary, he was also a humble humanitarian in every sense of the word,it added.

I am Sharing his famous quotes:-

Great dreams of great dreamers are always transcended.

Dream, Dream, Dream, Dreams transform into thoughts And thoughts result in action.

It Is Very Easy To Defeat Someone, But It Is Very Hard To Win Someone.

For great men, religion is a way of making friends; small people make religion a fighting tool.

Dreams are not those which comes while we are sleeping, but dreams are those when you don't sleep before fulfilling them.

Don't take rest after your first victory because if you fail in second, more lips are
waiting to say that your first victory was just luck.

As a child of God, I am greater than anything that can happen to me.

Climbing to the top demands strength, whether it is to the top of Mount Everest or
to the top of your career.

In India we only read about death, sickness, terrorism, crime.

To succeed in your mission, you must have single-minded devotion to your goal.

Look at the sky. We are not alone. The whole universe is friendly to us and conspires
only to give the best to those who dream and work.

If we are not free, no one will respect us.

Let us sacrifice our today so that our children can have a better tomorrow.

In this world, fear has no place. Only strength respects strength.

Inspiration from "Buddha"

Siddhartha was born in Northern Central India, in 567 B.C. He was born into the Kshatriya Caste. His Birth was preceded by a series of vision seen by his mother and prophecies made to his father. The Prophecies made to his father that he wouldn't be a Maharaj but a religious leader. Many people know his story, if you don't know then let me introduce you. When he was born his father shielded his from the realities of the world. Something unusual happened at his birth was when a elephant , which touched his mother's side with a lotus, impregnated her. He grew up in Luxury and married to princess yashodhara , daughter of neighboring Maharaj. They had a son & they named him Rahulah. His father securely protected him from the anything unpleasant in the world. Siddhartha began trips to a nearby city & for the first time he saw the reality of life. Three things Siddhartha and that disturbed him was an old lady bent over with age , a man whose body was ...
